Diplomacy... Is it a theatre performance?! Is there a point where you can separate diplomacy from theatre… This film is the story of Roshi, a little boy who, during the communist era, while playing, got his balloon caught in a tree in the garden of a foreign embassy, which he was unable to retrieve at the time... Perhaps that when he grew up, one day he would follow his balloon's dream, become an employee there, and work with foreigners... But with a difference: to see it from afar and to be inside it are not the same thing, especially at different times. This film is also the story of Roshi's love with the beautiful Spaniard. But above all, this film is the story of making decisions about life's big choices when there is no guarantee of the consequences; it is the story of upholding one's principles regardless of the outcome. We currently aim simply to convey the universal quality of human destinies, that people make their own fate and that fate does not shout at people, as in real life and in film. Ironic, emotional – call it what you will – it will sweep the viewer on a journey of love, despair, intrigue, pain, humour and hope. All of these set in motion a chain of counter-reactions.
