Neverland

The film recounts a turbulent year, 1997 in Albania, through the stories of a group of friends. Following the thread of memories, real footage, archival images and re-enacted scenes will intertwine to portray a generation before, during and after the events that shaped their lives. The film goes beyond mere chronicle, allowing the viewer to draw more intimately close to the characters' experiences and bringing their past back onto the screen. A coming-of-age film with semi-documentary tones that help connect the narrated events to today's reality.
